Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exceptions
We take full responsibility for the quality of our products. In the rare case that you receive:
- A damaged product , or
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos of the issue
After verification, we will assist you with a suitable resolution.
